The Battery PP/PET hand strapping tool is a new generation of battery powered hand strapping tool. Strapping has never been so easy. The tool is suitable for PP and Pet strap. Its features include one-piece strap insertion, one hand operation for tensioning and sealing.

The polyester strapping tool is light (3.9kg) and easy to be use. Strap tension and sealing time can be adjusted at the touch of a button. The tool comes complete with a charger and two batteries, Incorporates the latest in strapping technology.
Polyester strapping tool is replacing traditional steel strapping because of the following benefits:
1. Health and Safety: The polyester strapping tool creates a safer working environment. It has no sharp edges and is therefore less likely to cut hands during handling, application or removal. Coil changes are less frequent and can be easily achieved by one person without the use of cumbersome lifting equipment. 
2. Product Protection: The polyester strapping tool will not rust and stain packs when exposed to moisture and is UV resistant for over 2 years. 
3. Disposal: The polyester strapping tool is easier for your customers to dispose than steel, as it is more easily compressed in refuse skips and is fully recyclable. 
4. Impact Resistance: The polyester strapping tool withstands shock force. For example: If a pallet is dropped during handling or in transit, it takes 2.5 times the energy to break as steel, for straps of comparable break strength. As The polyester strapping tool has a combination of strength and elasticity, it ensures that your products will arrive at their destination in the same condition as they were shipped. 
5. Elasticity: The polyester strapping tool has an 'elastic memory' and so maintains strap tension in the event of pack settlement or shrinkage by contracting with the pack. Steel straps often become loose if the pack configuration changes creating a potential hazard when handling. 
6. Low Creep: The polyester strapping tool has 'low creep'; properties meaning that the strap tension will not 'relax'. Potentially hazardous loads such as brick void packs can therefore be moved safely even after extended period of storage and transport.
