1. Scope of Application:

2. Features:
1) The machine is suitable for various paper cans labeling in full circular or semi-circular.
2) The machine is suitable for various can shapes. The operator only adjusts the label size, or changes can shape easily without replacing any parts in few minutes.

3) The operator only needs to put the container in the machines, and then the machine will feed label, glue label, label on the container automatically.
4) This machine uses two side glue on the label, and the surface of finished products will not have the appearance of concave-convex and bubble. And the finished label will cling to can tightly in case of crush or glue failure.
5) This machine adopts melt adhesive to ensure excellent labeling, and it will not appear glue or adhesive failure while wet, low or high temperature. We develop the melt adhesive by ourselves, and it can avoid the excessive glue while using water gel.

6) Inside of machine has automatic temperature control heater, and also has the protection settings for motor non-starting while glue freezing.
7) The machine has the automatic counter inside, and it can greatly raise the working efficiency afterwards.
8) The machine adopts advanced techniques from Japan, and develops a new and unique paper feeding system, in order to make it feed the paper one by one.
9) The operator can use 6-10mm width Paper label on two sides of paper can. It can save glue amount and reduce production cost.

      1. Introduction:

       The model GT01 is a simple efficient machine for applying labels to round containers with parallel sides 

      in the label area. 

      2. PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION:

      1) a container rolls into the entrance of the labeler and contacts the overhead belts which roll it through the 

      rest of the machine.

      2) The container rolls over the hot glue pot where it picks up a row of glue dots from glue wheels. It then 

      rolls one complete revolution onto the pickup end of the label stack where the glue dots tack the top labels 

       

      to the container.

      3) As the container continues to roll itself up in the label. It passes over the  photo sensor which opens the 

      lap end glue valve to apply glue on the lap end of the label.

      4) The container rolls one more revolution onto the seaming pad. Where the lap end is smoothed down.

       

      5) The labeled container then rolls to the discharge end of the machine where it exits onto a rundown 

      or conveyor.
